How to download items?

How to review product?

Only logged in customers who have purchased the product can leave a review.
After your order completed, you can go back to the product detail page that you have purchased, click the “Reviews”  tab, then you’ll be able to comment the product.

How do I contact support?

If you need help or question with the product, please click the chatting box at the right-bottom of the website.

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.

How can I ask for refund?

By purchasing and downloading digital goods from Yiwei Design, you have taken ownership of such item and we cannot offer refunds due to change of mind. However, within 10 days, If your reason for returning is due to technical issues or troubles downloading the templates, we kindly ask you to provide proof of such issues and we will gladly return your money immediately. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
